Spring ride!
Bring your friends and horses and help a good cause!
We will be hosting our first annual spring ride on May 17. Festivities begin around 10 AM with BBQ lunch being served around noon. Please bring your horses, your friends and enjoy a wonderful day on the trails with us. There will be no formal organized ride, so guests are urged to enjoy our awesome trails at their own pace. Gate admission is $10 which includes lunch and your overnite campsite, if you so choose. If you plan to camp for the evening, reservations are strongly suggested. We look forward to seeing you here at the Why Not to kick off the season’s riding experience! See you May 17th for a Why Not kind of day!!!
Campsites with Electrical Hook-ups
We are currently under construction for a new bath house for your camping cleanliness and convenience. We will be completing our electrical project as well so that all 16 campsites will offer electrical hookups. In addition, we will be constructing a new pavilion - a great place to hang out, chat with riding buddies and relax before and after a day of trail riding. Completion of all construction should be about mid May.
Horse for Sale
Bubba is now offered for sale!!! He’s all about big, handsome and smooth!!! This 9 year old Racking Horse is about the smoothest moving animal we’ve ever ridden. He’s a LOT of horse, a LOT of motor and needs a very experienced rider. His ground manners are the best – bathes, trims, etc., and is up to date on all vaccinations, teeth and worming. We’ve been doing mostly arena work with him to overcome some confidence issues but now he’s ready for the trails. Bubba would be an awesome endurance prospect but will also be just a nice trail companion in general. Lots of personality and kind-hearted boy. Asking $2500
